Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Joshua Wetherington is the Founder and CEO of RLL Field Services a construction management company, which provides rehabilitation and repair services, property preservation, and property inspections for the default mortgage industry.
Joshua grew his company to manage upwards of Seven hundred million in bank owned assets throughout eleven states; he also holds a seat on the vendor advisory board for one of the nation’s largest national mortgage services companies, representing thousands of contractors nationwide.
Joshua is an active member of the United States Air Force Reserve Combat Search and Rescue Wing where he has dedicated 15 years to serving his country.
Joshua is married to Stacey Wetherington, and the proud father of three children Riley, Lily, and Laine. Joshua is a true adventurer he loves off shore fishing, scuba diving, snowboarding, and traveling the world with his family.

Lawrence Popritkin is the Founder and Managing Partner of the Law Offices of Lawrence D. Popritkin, P.A. d/b/a/ LDP LAW & ASSOCIATES, a Florida Law Firm comprised of a committed group dedicated to serving its clients with an integrated array of professional services.
Lawrence graduated from Florida International University in 1993 with a Political Science Major Degree and a Minor in Philosophy. In 1997, Lawrence graduated Nova Southeastern University School of Law and was admitted to the Florida Bar later that year. A practicing attorney for over 20 years, Lawrence is admitted to the Florida Bar; U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida; U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida; and the District of Columbia.
Lawrence has been married to Brenda, whom he met at FIU, for 18 years. The couple has two sons, Dylan Kai (16yrs old) and Oliver Quinn (9yrs old). When not working, Mr. Popritkin is a fierce Autism advocate. A member of the 2017 Team USA Obstacle Course Race World Championships, his love for obstacle course racing, the Miami Heat, the Pittsburgh Steelers, and his red wines is almost as fierce.

Paul Ramsay is currently CIO at Pike Electric, responsible for supporting day-to-day technology
operations and leading several major initiatives, including implementing the Oracle Cloud business suite,
virtual reality training, RPA/bot tools and performance data integration.
Prior to joining Pike, Paul served as CIO at Lowe’s Home Improvement, a Fortune 50 company, where he was responsible for leading IT operations and developing the company’s technology portfolio to support the company’s stores, distribution network, e-commerce platforms and future business technology needs. He was identified by SGA Talent as one of the nation’s Top 40 Best and Brightest Technology Leaders in 2017.

Douglas Norton (Doug) is Former Senior Vice President, CIO for Northrop Grumman Corporation, a $30B global Aerospace, Electronics, and Information Technology business. In this role, he oversaw the worldwide information technology (IT) strategy and all the company’s IT assets that supported Northrop Grumman employees helping to drive strategic company priorities.
Doug is a 30-year veteran spending his career in the Aerospace and Defense industry working in Information Technology, Engineering, and Manufacturing domains. A successful technology executive and recognized as a global thought leader in industry, Doug's career has included all aspects of technology management and solution delivery, including digital and IT strategy, enterprise and solution architecture, IT portfolio optimization and transformation, and deployment of global business solutions.
Currently, Doug is president and managing partner of NextGen Solutions Group, LLC. A global technology advisory firm dedicated to helping organizations leverage emerging technologies and the latest business thinking to achieve technology competitive advantage.
Doug also serves the technical community as an executive board member of the Technology Advisory Board of the Maryland Business Roundtable for Education and serves as a board member of the Loyola University Information Systems and Operations Management program.
Doug and his wife Joni enjoys traveling and spending time boating, cooking, live music, and an active lifestyle.
Senior Operations Advisor & Board Member
Brian McIntosh is currently the Vice President of Retail Operations for Pet Retail Brands. In this role, he is the point person for cross functional projects that impact stores (1300+ locations) across all Pet Retail Brands banners (Pet Supermarkets and Pet Valu). Brian leads teams in the following areas of business: Store Labor, Loss Prevention & Operations, New Store Set, Visual Merchandising, Store Communications and Events.
Previously, Brian held the position of vice president of direct to consumer for Lowe's. He was responsible for opening two new direct to consumer fulfillment centers and building out the central delivery network, which played a critical role in reducing inventory and improving product lead times on an increased breadth of items, while improving the customer’s experience. Previously, he served as a director with responsibility for Lowe’s delivery and fleet operations.
McIntosh was with Lowe’s from 1994 to 2018 and has worked in retail for nearly 27 years. Over the years, McIntosh served as a regional operations director and district operations manager. He has also worked in various capacities in Lowe’s stores, from cashier to store manager.
