This section is designed to help you understand how and why iDrop Materials uses your information.
At various points in your iDrop Materials experience, whether you use our services via a browser or a mobile application, you may provide us, our administrators, our partners, and/or advertisers, with the following:
While opening an account or making a purchase, information about yourself such as your name, physical and email addresses, and credit card information. Note that your account information may be updated or corrected by accessing your account settings.
Data regarding the precise location of your mobile device though the usage of location services through the permission system used by your device's mobile operating system or browser (where available).
Technical information about the hardware and software that you are using.
Cookies, pixels, scripts, and device identifiers. Cookies are small text files that are sent by your computer when you access our services through a browser. IP address of your device, information about the browser, operating system and/or application you are using, unique device identifiers, pages that you navigate to and links that you click, searches that you run, and other ways you interact with the services. If you are logged into the services, this information is stored with your account information.
We may use the information we or our third party administrator collects for various purposes, including but not limited to:
Providing services to you;
Improving the quality of our services to you;
Developing new products and/or services;
Allowing your Dropper (i.e., the individual that shops and and/or delivers your order for you, including any retail partners and their employees and/or agents where applicable or third-party providers) to shop for your items at the retail store, calling or texting you with any updates or issues, and delivering the items to you;
Charging for the purchase and delivery of the items purchased through the selected payment processing method;
Offering you content regarding advertising, coupons, and promotions; and
Providing customer service, responding to your communications and requests, and contacting you about your use of our services.
Information We May Share
The services as offered by iDrop Materials allows you to select materials as offered for purchasing and delivery by Dropper(s) to your location.
In order for iDrop Materials to be able to perform this service, we need to share information about you and your order with:
Parties who help enable the services;
The Dropper who accepts, shops, and delivers your order;
The payment processing partner(s) that we use to validate and charge your credit card; and
The retail partner(s), if applicable, from whom you are purchasing materials.
Additionally, we may share your information for:
Legal Purposes - When we believe that the disclosure is reasonably necessary to (a) comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal process, or requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities, (b) prevent, detect, or otherwise handle fraud, security, or technical issues, and (c) protect the safety, rights, or property of any person, the public, or of iDrop Materials.
Business Purposes - We may share your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing or acquisition of all or a portion of our business by another company. We may also share your information between and among iDrop Materials, and its current and future parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and other companies under common control and ownership.
Securing Your Information
We and our third party administrator will employ administrative, physical, and technical measures designed to safeguard and protect information under our or their control from unauthorized access, use, and disclosure.
These measures include encrypting your communications by utilizing secure security software, consistent with information privacy and security requirements under applicable federal and state laws.
We or our third party administrator will notify you of any breach of the security, confidentiality, or integrity of your information as required under applicable state or federal statutes on security breach notification. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, we or our third party administrator will make such notifications to you in the most expedient time possible and without unreasonable delay, insofar as consistent with the legitimate needs of law enforcement or any measures necessary to determine the scope of the breach and restore the reasonable integrity of the data system.
