Thank you for using the iDrop Materials for your same day delivery needs.

 

This section is designed to help you understand how and why iDrop Materials uses your information.

 

When you use iDrop Materials, you trust us with your information.  We are committed to keeping that trust.  Our Privacy Policy disclosure provides the latest information about (1) what information we collect, (2) how we use it, (3) how we may share it, and (4) what choices you can make about that information. 

 

This Privacy Policy applies whether you access the services of iDrop Materials through a browser, a mobile application, or any other method.  By using the services, you signify your acceptance of this Privacy Policy.  If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, do not use the Services.

We may change or add to our Privacy Policy, so we encourage you to review it periodically.

 

Our Privacy Policy does not apply to sites linked from our Services or to services offered by other companies or individuals, including products or sites that may be displayed to you. Our Privacy Policy also does not cover the information practices of other companies or individuals who advertise our Services.

We engage third party service providers to, among other things, process and distribute payments (i.e., Stripe), to perform background checks (i.e., Checkr), to hire Droppers (i.e., Fountain) and to provide call center services (i.e., Five9), all of whom will receive certain of your personal information in performing their services and which have their respective private policy guidelines as well. This Privacy Policy applies whether you access the services of iDrop Materials through a browser, a mobile application, or any other method.

Information We Obtain from Your Use of Our Services

At various points in your iDrop Materials experience using Services via our mobile application, you may provide us, our administrators, our partners, advertisers and/or other third-party service providers we engage use of personal information.  We use the term “personal information” to refer to any information that identifies or can be used to identify you, with the following:

  1. Identifiers - form completion including name, email address, physical address, and IP address.  Note that your account information may be updated or corrected by accessing your account settings.

  2. Other individual customer records - including phone number, delivery address, and credit or debit card information.  For credit or debit card transactions, iDrop Materials uses Stripe as a data processor where it is facilitating payment transactions on behalf of and at the direction of iDrop Materials.   When you authorize us to store information about you in connection with Stripe Checkout, Stripe will collect your name and contact information and information about your stored payment methods.

  3. Access or use of the Services place orders, search for products, pay for orders.

  4. Geo-location Data - regarding the precise location of your mobile device though the usage of location services through the permission system used by your device's mobile operating system or browser (where available).

  5. Technical information - about the hardware and software that you are using.

  6. Cookies, pixels, scripts, and device identifiersCookies are small text files that are sent by your computer when you access our services through a browser. We, our partners, and/or our advertisers may use session cookies (which expire when you close your browser), persistent cookies (which expire when you choose to clear them from your browser), pixels, scripts, and other identifiers to collect information from your browser or device that helps us do things such as understand how you use our services; personalize your experience; measure, manage, and display advertising associated with the services provided; understand your usage of the services provided in order to serve customized ads and to remember that you are logged into the browser to access our services. By using your browser settings, you may block cookies or adjust settings for notifications when a cookie is set. 

  7. Sign-in informationIP address of your device, information about the browser, operating system and/or application you are using, unique device identifiers, pages that you navigate to and links that you click, searches that you run, and other ways you interact with the services. If you are logged into the Services, this information is stored with your account information.

  8. SMS Communications - with iDrop Materials and SMS communications between a customer and an iDrop Shopper that are made using the Services.

We may combine or associate information we collect.  Common examples of personal information include full name, delivery address, email address, and phone number. Please note that if you choose not to provide us with information, your ability to use our Services may be limited.

Information You Give to Us

You may choose to provide us with information (including Personal Information) about yourself, such as your name, delivery address or other physical addresses you may select to associate with your account, email, phone number, zip or postal code, user name and password, and payment card information. This type of information is typically collected when completing forms on our platform, placing orders, or communicating with iDrop Materials.

 

You may choose to use the interactive and social features that iDrop Materials offers, which permit you to access the Services, submit content and communicate with iDrop Materials.  Doing so provides iDrop Materials with information such as name, e-mail address, and public profile information. Please note that when you post information in these interactive and social features, the content may be publicly accessible or accessible to other users.

 

How We Use Information We Collect

We may use the information collected by us, our third-party administrator or other third-party service providers we utilize in our business for various purposes, including but not limited to:

 

  1. Authorizing access to our Services;

  2. Providing Services to you; supporting the shopping and delivery process, including fulfilling orders, processing payment, communicating with Dropper(s) (i.e., the individual that shops and and/or delivers your order for you, including any retail partners and their employees and/or agents where applicable or third-party providers) and providing customer service to users;

  3. Improving the quality of our Services to you;

  4. Developing new products and/or Services;

  5. Allowing your Dropper(s) to shop for your items at the retail store, calling or texting you with any updates or issues, and delivering the items to you;

  6. Charging for the purchase and delivery of the items purchased through the selected payment processing methods;

  7. Offering you content regarding advertising, coupons, and promotions; and

  8. Providing customer service, responding to your communications and requests, and contacting you about your use of our Services.

Information We May Share

 

With Your Consent.  We will share information when we have your consent or when you have directed us to do so. 

 

For Business Reasons.  We may share your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing or acquisition of all or a portion of our business by another company.

 

We may also share your information between and among iDrop Materials, and its current and future parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and other companies under common control and ownership.

The Services as offered by iDrop Materials allows you to select materials as offered for purchasing and delivery by Dropper(s) to your location for iDrop Materials being able to perform this service, we need to share information about you and your order with the following:

 

  1. The Dropper(s) who accepts, shops, and delivers your order;

  2. The payment processing partner(s) that we use to validate and charge your credit card; and

  3. The retail partner(s), if applicable, from whom you are purchasing materials.

 

For Legal Reasons. When we believe that the disclosure is reasonably necessary to (a) comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal process, or requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities, (b) prevent, detect, or otherwise handle fraud, security, or technical issues, and (c) protect the safety, rights, or property of any person, the public, or of iDrop Materials.

How You Can Access and Update Your Information

You may update or correct information about yourself by making changes in your account or emailing us at support@idropmaterials.com.  Note that if you completely delete all such information or if you delete Services-critical information such as name or email address, then your account will become deactivated. We may retain an archived copy of your records as required by law, to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, to enforce our agreements or for other legitimate business purposes.

We may contact you to request that you update your information to ensure its integrity for the purposes of ongoing data management.

Your Choices

  1. Email. At any time, you can opt out of marketing and other emails by following the unsubscribe link provided in emailed offers, newsletters or other messages. You will still receive operational emails such as order confirmation or other service-related emails.

  2. Push Notifications. You may opt-out from receiving push notifications from the iDrop Materials mobile application by adjusting the permissions on your mobile device. This opt-out does not apply to in-app notifications.

  3. Geo-Location. A customer may prevent the customer’s mobile device from sharing location data by adjusting the permissions on your mobile device.

  4. Your Online Ad Choices. You may find more information about entities involved in online advertising and additional choices you may make, including opt-out of having your information used for internet-based advertising, through the Network Advertising Initiative (“NAI”) at the NAI Service, and the Digital Advertising Alliance (the “DAA”) at the DAA consumer choice service. iDrop Materials is a participant in the online industry’s self-regulatory program administered by the DAA and has agreed to adhere to the DAA’s principles applicable to interest-based ads.The tools provided at the DAA opt-out page, and the NAI opt-out page are provided by third parties, not iDrop Materials, iDrop Materials does not control or operate these tools or the choices that advertisers and others provide through these tools.

 
How we Protect Personnel Information

 

We and our third-party administrator or other third-party service providers will employ administrative, physical, and technical measures designed to safeguard and protect information under our or their control from unauthorized access, use, and disclosure.

 

These measures include encrypting your communications by utilizing secure security software, consistent with information privacy and security requirements under applicable federal and state laws.

 

We or our third-party administrator will notify you of any breach of the security, confidentiality, or integrity of your information as required under applicable state or federal statutes on security breach notification. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, we or our third-party administrator will make such notifications to you in the most expedient time possible and without unreasonable delay, insofar as consistent with the legitimate needs of law enforcement or any measures necessary to determine the scope of the breach and restore the reasonable integrity of the data system.

 

Changes To These Policies

 

This policy may change from time to time as deemed necessary and any revised Privacy Policy will be posted on this page. Therefore, we encourage you to review this page regularly. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of this Privacy Policy and, in the case of material changes to the Privacy Policy, we may provide you with additional notice, either via the user interface or via email using support@idropmaterials.com.
