  • What is iDrop?
    iDrop is an on-demand personalized delivery service offering a streamlined solution for delivery of materials which can be leveraged by home improvement professionals, consumers, and large retailers for on-time delivery of essential home improvement materials. We partner with people in your community and major retailers to bring your purchases to you, at work, home, or anywhere—there when you need it.
  • Are my items delivered to the job-site location or curbside?
    iDrop provides personalized delivery services; items are always taken to the job-site or home location. All orders are confirmed with the customer for accuracy and completeness.
  • Which stores offer the iDrop same day delivery option?
    We are working to add major retailers to our delivery solution.
  • What geographical areas does iDrop serve?
    We look forward to expanding our coverage areas soon.
  • How much does it cost for a iDrop delivery?
    The delivery starts at minimum of $50 per order of an item going from point of origin to destination within a 25 mile radius.
  • What is iDrop Unlimited?
    iDrop Unlimited is our subscription service. For $12.95/month or $98.00/year, subscribers receive free delivery on orders from home improvement merchants on the iDrop platform when the order amount reaches the cart minimum of $50. If you choose a monthly subscription, your subscription fee will be $12.95/month and will auto-renew every month on your subscription billing date. If you choose an annual subscription, your subscription fee will be $98.00/year and it will auto-renew every year on your subscription billing date. Your iDrop Unlimited subscription fee is non-refundable, unless we determine otherwise.
  • How can I get a free trial of iDrop Unlimited?
    We offer a free trial for users who have not previously tried Unlimited. In order to start your 1-month free trial, you will need to provide a payment method. Once your trial is over, you will be automatically subscribed in your chosen membership plan and the payment method you signed up with will be charged. Your subscription will auto-renew on your subscription billing date until you cancel.
  • How do I pay for my delivery?
    All payment and tipping are done within the app using a credit or debit card.
  • Is tipping mandatory?
    Tipping is optional and is at customer’s discretion. Tips can be applied within the app.
  • What types of vehicles are used?
    Our professional deliver services contractors utilize their personal vehicles to make all deliveries.
  • Does pickup and destination have to be within the service area?
    Pickup of items must originate within a service area; the destination however can be outside of the service area. The delivery fee will be calculated within the app. Fee will be based on mileage from place of origin to final destination.
  • Do I need to be present at the pickup location?
    You ARE required to be present at a pickup location. The driver will confirm all orders with you before leaving and closing the order.
  • How do I pay for my delivery?
    All payment and tipping are done within the app using a credit or debit card.
  • Is Using iDrop Dependable?
    Dependable, as well as, Fast, Convenient, and Affordable. Each of our driver partners must earn our certification and pass a multi-tiered screening which includes: • Background check. • Driver’s license, insurance and registration verification. • Driving history check. • Proof of their dependable vehicle (pickup trucks, SUVs, sedans). • Customers can rate their iDrop experience, and specifically their driver, online. • iDrop only maintains driver partnerships with those drivers who have a consistent record of timeliness, reliability, and good overall delivery results.
  • Who Will Deliver My Purchases?
    iDrop drivers are people in your local community. We’ve selected people from all walks of life, like retirees, stay-at-home moms, professional drivers, and college students. All have great customer service skills and we’ve reviewed their background checks and driving history, as well as their vehicle information.
  • Why Are Driver Ratings Important?
    Those with the best customer ratings are given preference for future delivery calls (So remember to rate your driver on each iDrop delivery!) iDrop only maintains partnerships with those drivers who consistently receive good ratings from customers and retailers. That is how we reward great drivers as well as ensure a positive customer experience with each delivery.
