By providing your mobile number and communicating with iDrop Materials via SMS or MMS, you agree to these Messaging Terms & Conditions.

1. Purpose of Messages
iDrop sends SMS/MMS messages only for operational and support purposes related to delivery services, including:
•    Delivery assignments and updates
•    Support responses
•    Scheduling or service notifications
•    Safety or compliance alerts
No promotional or marketing messages are sent to Droppers.

2. Conscent

 

By enrolling as a Dropper and providing your mobile number, you consent to receive SMS/MMS messages from iDrop Support. Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on delivery activity and support needs.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. iDrop is not responsible for carrier charges.

 

5. Opt-Out and Help

•    For help: Reply HELP or contact iDrop Support directly
Opting out may limit our ability to communicate time-sensitive delivery information.

6. Support Carriers

 

SMS/MMS services are supported by most major U.S. carriers. iDrop is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

 

7. Privacy

 

Your use of SMS/MMS messaging is subject to the iDrop Messaging Privacy Policy.​
